Tesla has not published battery specifications for Optimus, which remains pre-production. Battery service will presumably follow Tesla's automotive model — proprietary packs serviced through Tesla channels.
There is no legitimate aftermarket for Optimus batteries today. Anyone offering one is selling something that doesn't exist yet.
Always match the exact model and revision — Tesla packs are not interchangeable across models. Buy OEM wherever possible; the battery management handshake is model-specific. For installation help, find a technician experienced with Tesla hardware.

Batteries are the riskiest component to go third-party on — wrong voltage, missing BMS communication, or poor cells can damage the robot or create a fire hazard. OEM packs are strongly recommended.
Runtime drops well below the original spec, the robot shuts off under load despite showing charge, the pack swells or runs hot, or charge times stretch far longer than when new. A swollen pack is a safety issue — stop using it.
